Green Studio operates Internet Security VPN with a strict commitment not to record traffic content. We design operational processes to minimize data footprint while maintaining service reliability and abuse prevention.

Data we do not log

• No VPN traffic payloads or traffic content.
• No browsing history, destination URLs, or visited domains.
• No DNS query content as routine service logs.

Minimal operational data that may be processed

• Connection lifecycle events such as connect and disconnect timestamps.
• Service health and availability metrics required for uptime monitoring.
• Limited support diagnostics when incident resolution is requested.
• Abuse prevention signals needed to protect service integrity and customer access.

Retention limits

Where operational metadata exists, retention is limited to the shortest period necessary for service operations, incident response, or legal obligations. Data is then deleted or anonymized according to internal controls.

Security and access controls

• Restricted personnel access based on least privilege.
• Protected transport and encrypted administrative channels.
• Operational monitoring and regular hardening practices.

Legal and compliance note
